  • Thursday April 16th 7pm. An Australian dinner and tasting at the Ardington. £70pp
    We will be joined by Cecilia from the Rathbone Wine Group, whose family own the prestigious estates of Mount Langi Ghiran, Xanadu and Yering Station.
    A selection of their wines to taste and enjoy with a lovely 3 course dinner.

  • Friday July 3rd 5pm. Private 4 course dinner cooked by Mark Hix at the Sugrue winery in Haywards Heath. £195pp

    Many of you thoroughly enjoyed our trips to the Sugrue winery last year, and as a result we have arranged something very special with two icons of the wine and food business. We will be having a private 4 course dinner cooked by the renowned multi award winning chef, restaurateur, writer and TV personality Mark Hix. The evening will be hosted by Dermot Sugrue, and will commence with an aperitif followed by matching wines (free poured) with the dinner.

    This is a very special occasion, and we appreciate the cost is expensive, but this is a ‘one off’ experience and an opportunity to not only have some wonderful food and wine but to meet and chat with two of the ‘stars’ of the hospitality business. Just two places remaining!
